3 Norfolk Southern trains passing thru Bellwood PA. Signals are east of MP 231. Shot from the pedestrian walkway. Track 2 has a 30 ft rail splice that provides good wheel clicking sound effects. Just a slow afternoon; cloudy and hazy.

2 Norfolk Southern with freight slow and stop on Track 2. Load included 25+ flatcars with new Humvees. 1 Conrail-2 NS TOFC (express) pass on Track 1. 2 NS freight pass on Track 3 (and provide great horn action!). Elapsed time for the freight was over 12 minutes (slow) and over 15 minutes stopped....

Railworks 3: NS C40-9Ws Pull Manifest Over the Pittsburgh Sub
This was a test of my new rig. The results, 30 FPS average throughout all clips with Fraps running. There is still stuttering, but only because it needs to load something, or because the railcars are passing by. Specs can be found here: railworksamerica.com
081109 7 NS-CITX freight -- 3 NS TOFC
After 2 HOURS of dead time: 4 Norfolk Southern - 3 CITX units with freight from New Portage Tunnel (Track 1). Evidently, no helpers were needed. 5 minutes later: 3 Norfolk Southern with TOFC from Allegheny Tunnel (Track 2). Not a double but seven units is always good.
