While I test out my new camera, a friendly Pikachu swings by and gives me some candy. Awwwww... Anyway, this isn't an actual Pez brand candy dispenser, it's only similar in function but cuter. It was released back in the day by Bandai then Hasbro and also used characters like Squirtle, Charmander, Mew, etc. As far as I can tell, Hasbro only released ones from the first generation, while Bandai Japan made more up to the fourth so you'll have to import a Pachirisu one. Hurr durr whod win a go-cart raec, Pokemon, Ranma, Sailormoon or Dragonball Z? That's just what I'm going to find out. What we have here is what appears to be the the last and what's left of a collection by veteran fan-game creator, Bartman. Rev up those engines, because four of your favorite/popular/well-known characters of your favorite/popular/well-known anime series are ready to race against each other for the checkered flag and a shiny gold trophy. Remember back when they were on TV? At least two of them? Hell yeah you do. In this game, you choose one of four players in an RC-style arcade racing game, and gaining the advantage with the help of Mario Kart-style items based on characters' shows. You can race for the gold in Trophy mode, break records in Time Trial mode and make certain adjustments with controls and features. While the video just shows off the general gameplay, it also contains music not from the initial game. Since the game's music is assigned in an external folder's files, rather than embedded in the game, this leaves players the ability to replace the files easily with something else. This is mainly because the program that develops these games only supports the embedding of MIDI files but not MP3, at least back then it did. Enjoy. Special thanks to Bartman.
