May 22, 2011 - I think it might be a nice change up if they made a female lead character piloting the lead gundam of this new series. Gundam 0080's Christine McKenzie wasn't quite the lead character in that anime. Non-emo Gundam pilots with more down-to-earth personalities might be nice.

Its actually what the Hi-Nu Gundam is from

I think we should be moving forward, out of the old era of the Universal Century and into its future. I think Sunrise should create a anime adaptation of the late 1980's series of novels called Gaia Gear. I'm betting no one has talked about that one.
