May 4, 2012 - because u know the necklace rosette has on well its like its where chrno's true form is kept and since she signed a contract with him anytime she opens it and chrno becomes his true form some of her life ends like it fastens so she has less to live, and so they keep using it and when the timer runs out she dies and chrno being loved and all that he dies with her so they can be together :) i hope this helped
