May 26, 2012 - Thats because hardcore fans ruin everything. they want the same thing with a new coat of paint slapped on it and think its the best thing ever. usually when they do a reboot that means the older franchise is done, it would seem that the hardcore fans need that "parallel" world tid-bit so they can sleep better at night. May 25, 2012 - im fowarding this...but YES, it is in a different universe when Dante is half angel and half demon....so his looks and abilities dont matter......many things are different, like how vergil wears black now, he thinks of his guns as "girls" instead of "guys".......mundus is in the game, and..im restating this YES VERGIL IS IN IT.....so, yeah.....its different,but the same in some things
