For an anime to come out in 2006 means it is older than anime that came out in 2009, not that it is old. If that is your opinion please elaborate on it so that I can understand your thought process. Most of what I see points to anime that is 3y/o isnt old by definition.

Dec 17, 2009 - Being old is a matter of opinion. There's no set milestone that something has to reach in order to be considered "old," it's entirely based on one's opinion. If he thinks it's old, then it's old for him. If you don't think it's new, then it's new for you. Considering the rate that new anime comes out, it's feasible to think that any show that came out over 3 years ago is old.
