Generally stuffed toys are bears, cats, cute things etc. like what Sakaki made. We are shown Osaka's Tsutenkaku which is a pink oval, so we can only imagine what the hell her impression of Hanshin is. The lady was wierded out because it's bizarre. That's why it's funny.
